my cleaner´s son receive urgent kidney transplant

My name is Abbey and today I am asking for your help.

My cleaner, Claudia, has been working with me for 3 years. She is a single working mother and her 18 year old son, Darwin, is critically ill.

Darwin is in urgent need of a kidney transplant. One of his kidneys has stopped working and the other is firing at only 25%.

The hospital have been unable to find a suitable donor for him and if he keeps looking he will have to wait months.

But unfortunately Darwin doesn’t have that long.

He needs this kidney donor URGENTLY. His body is shutting down. This is a matter of life and death.

The only suitable donor they have found is his father who is in Bolivia. Claudia and Darwin need to fly out there THIS MONTH to make the transplant.

Claudia is in urgent need of financial support to cover her flights and her son’s private hospital in Bolivia.
