My Dad Joel

Hi, My name is Amelia and I wanted to start this fundraiser to help my family mostly my dad Joel. Joel was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in

December of 2021. When I first found out it was after I came home from college and he wanted to wait to tell me after I got home so I wouldn’t fail my finals. He is the sweetest person I know and will do anything for anyone. Growing up I’ve always remembered his dad jokes and always making me smile on a bad day. I still look forward to his dad jokes and to even watch him smile. The past couple of month has been hard on him with his treatments and labs but he will still be the same dad I have always had, making sure everyone has a smile on their face.

me and my family have never asked a favor to anyone in our lives but I see that this time we need one.
