My Dad slipped away unexpectedly this morning. He lost his battle in finding a new heart. He fought long and hard for 3 years after finding out he needed a Heart Transplant. He spent 26 years as a firefighter. 21 years of being a amazing single father and raising me. 1 year of being the greatest grandfather. He wasn’t just my Hero but he was a Hero for many others. I need your help My dad didn’t have a pension. He has been unable to return to the line of duty in 3 years while waiting for a heart. We couldn’t afford life insurance due to his terminal illness. I just want my dad to have the proper burial and services that he deserves. I don’t know what my son and I are going to without my dad. He was the only person we had. He was my person. PLEASE HELP ME. Thank you. I appreciate any and all help that we receive to lay my father to rest.
