My disability journey

I don’t know if anybody out there has the extra means and heart to help me, but here it is: I’ve been fighting to get disability for 3 years. I have psoriatic arthritis, type 1 diabetes, and gastroparesis. Having to quit my successful career in loss prevention and law enforcement was so hard, but my body just couldn’t handle it anymore. 

I’ve been told that my disability decision should be made by the end of next month (October).

For the last 3 years, I’ve gone through my life savings. Those of you who know me also know that my mama passed away in February. This year has been hard. 

I hate that I have to ask for help.
