My dog needs a leg amputation

My dogs name is Coloso( Left)He’s 6 and a very energetic dog. Even when his leg is limp and can’t feel a thing he plays and jumps like crazy. He is in need of a leg amputation but at this point I can’t afford it. I took him to 4 different vets and animal hospitals to see if I could do anything else but they all said the same thing. Sadly it costs a lot more than 1,000 but anything helps at this point. Someone called SPCA on us and they have threatened to take my dog away. I have told them repeatedly I am taking him to the vet and I’m trying to help him but they don’t believe me. I have faxed them all my information and I have done anything to get them to believe me. They told me to amputate the leg or they’ll take away my dog and I am scared that one day I’ll wake up and hear them knocking at my door demanding to take away my dog. Anything helps plaase I just don’t want my dog taken away. Thank you for your time .
