My dog needs double hip replacement surgery.

My 18-month-old puppy, Jesse, started limping recently. We were scared and took him to the vet and got him an x-ray. (attached)

The vet told us Jesse has malformed hips because of a congenital disability. His hips need replacing. We aren't wealthy and could use some help from the wonderful people at GoFundMe. We will use the funds to get the surgery and help my puppy live a longer, happier life. It would mean a lot to my family and me if you have any spare change.
