Please help my dog Reece was attacked by a pitbull

Yesterday I decided to make my son and 2 dogs to the local park. As I was getting them out of the car, a pit bull from the house directly across the street ran from his unlocked yard. I was able to pick one of my dogs up and get them back in the car but unfortunately before I could get Reese, the pit bull snatched her by the neck and took her back to its yard. After getting my dog, I immediately rushed to the vet where she required surgery for the numerous injuries sustained. She is still currently fighting for her life. My son is traumatized having to watch his tiny dog be attacked so viciously.

The cost is rising and I do need assistance.

It is unfortunate that this even occurred and the city of San Antonio does nothing to the owners or this dangerous dog. The dog owners were not apologetic and even tried to fight me for going back and calling the police. This whole experience has been a nightmare.
