MY DOG STALLONE NEEDS TO GET SURGERY

My name is Jessarah this ismy dog Stallone he's my emotional support dog he's a very good dog a few months ago he had a little bump on his face and it has grown to be this big its a lypoma i want to take him to the vet I don't have money to do it I've called they won't even see him without so much money please help me anything would help whatever money you give is going straight to the bet i love him and want him to live and thank you for all your support and help .
