My dogs are suffering without AC, so are we!

My wife and I live with our two dogs, an American Collie and a Husky. The AC broken in our home at the end of last summer. We tried over the winter to save to have it replaced. One thing after another and all our savings went into a surgery I have. My wife is in her sixties and I am knocking on 60's door. We cannot cash out our retirement accounts without incurring huge penalties and then not having it when we have another emergency. Our families cannot help. Just saw the weather for 8/3 and it will be 107. At 10pm on 8/2 it was still 91 degrees inside our home.
