Charlie's training, medical appointments, and food

Hi everyone, my name is Adel and the picture is of me and my Great Dane Charlie. My father got him for me to train as my mobility service dog. I thought I could do all of this on my own, but my health is getting worse and he's getting bigger and stronger.

A little bit about my health: I have comorbid auto immune diseases. Dermatomyositis, polymyositis, Lupus, and fibromyalgia just to name a few. I go to the hospital every 14 days for infusions and I also take 16 pills a day. I just had a sleep test and found out I have Hypoexemia and hypersomnia to add to my list, so I will see a pulmonary doctor this week. I'm also going to a motility specialist this week because I'm losing my ability to swallow. On top of it all my memory is getting worse, which is scary and it's getting harder to keep my balance.

I know the amount I need to train him for service work is low,and that's because I believe I need him to have more obedience training before the service training. He just turned 5 months this past week. I will try and get a better picture of him to post.

Also the fund me money will help with getting to my appointments and food. I'm still waiting on my disability to be appealed, so I don't have an income and I've used all my savings waiting on it to come through. It's not easy asking for help especially when I have always been the one to help others. Please know I'm grateful and thankful just for your time reading this and every little bit helps.
