In 2016, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease after 3 horrific years of medical gaslighting and misdiagnosis.

My journey to reclaiming parts of my life I thought I’d lost forever has lead me to aimoing to become the first black woman in history to ski solo and unsupported to the South Pole.

In order to qualify for that I’m heading off to Greenland in August 2026 for an expedition crossing the icecap from the east to the west.
