My family needs some support after our house fire

Hello, I’m Marne. My family and went through a house fire 

just after St Patrick’s Day. I had just started a new teaching job to be closer to home. Jason just transitioned from active duty to the reserves. Our sliding back door strangely shattered on a Monday afternoon. To keep the house warm through the night, Jason lit the wood burning stove. He stayed with the fire and noticed that flames could be seen through the vent. We all got out safely, even the fur baby. Renters insurance will eventually cover our loses, but we are still waiting. Aspen is having a tough time with all the changes. Amelie is staying with my Mom.

Since I just started with Bremerton schools, renting a new place has been impossible. Everyone has told us no. Just asking for some help to provide for family.

I have a stable Special Education job, and Jason is in the Navy Reserves.

Every little bit helps. I will keep everyone updated on the house hunt.
