My family battles death in Gaza; we need your HELP

Hello, I'm Reham AL Jarrah, a voice from the heart of Gaza, reaching out to the world not just for help, but for understanding and solidarity. My life, like so many others here, is woven with stories of love, loss, resilience, and the unyielding hope for peace in our war-torn land.

Born and raised in Gaza City, I grew up dreaming of the same things any young person does: education, a career, and the simple joy of living in peace. I was in the midst of pursuing those dreams, looking forward to studying for my MA degree in Ireland, inspired by a deep desire to make my family, especially my father, proud.

But as war engulfed Gaza, our lives were thrown into chaos. The airstrikes, the fear, the loss... it's a reality that words can scarcely describe. My family's home, our memories, and the semblance of normalcy we clung to were obliterated in an instant, leaving us with nothing but the determination to survive.

We fled to Rafah, seeking safety. But safety is a relative term when you live in a tent, with scarce food, clean water, and the constant threat of disease and bombing overhead. It's a life no one should endure, a daily test of our resilience.

It was in these dire conditions that I launched a campaign to evacuate my family (consisting of 7 members , a father, a mother an English teacher, a mobile app developer, a graphic designer, and two kids, who both need to complete their education) from Gaza to relocate to a place where we could live, not just survive. Victoria and Matt, dear friends and a beacon of support, have been instrumental in this journey, helping me reach out to the world.

This campaign is my cry for help, a plea to the global community to not just watch from afar but to lend us your support, your voice, and your solidarity. It's a call for justice, for the recognition of our humanity, and for the chance to live in peace.

We need your support to make this evacuation a reality. Every donation, big or small, goes directly towards securing a safe passage and essential supplies for those of us who have lost everything. The Egyptian authorities require 5000 dollars for each individual who wants to get into Egypt. The remainder of the money will be used for daily supplies and living expenses in Egypt.
