help my family be in a safe place

My name is Ryn and I'm a young adult living with my family - we ended up displaced after the pandemic and though my dad is working, we're struggling to get consistent shelter until we're able to find a permanent place to rent and have had to choose between shelter and food. My mom and I are looking for work, but even if we got hired today we still would be on the street. We also have a cat to take care of.
