My family cat Bosley, who was baited and tortured

Hi my name is Lucy, last week my mums family cats were baited and tortured in Wendouree resulting into us having to get one of there paws amputated and the other ones tail amputated. We have had these animals in our family for over 11 years, since then my mums circumstances has changed and she has only just been put on to a disability pension. We have a lot of help through the shelter and council but we now still have to find $2000 to pay for there surgeries. Euthanasia is not an option for us we are going to do anything we can to make sure our boys are safe and happy but I’m reaching out to the public for some help as it’s going to be hard for us to come up with this money regardless of the help we are receiving in mental support. Anything even $1 would help us

Update- Bosley and Bernie are now in the care of the vets. Bosleys tail is being amputated costing $1200 whilst Bernie’s leg is being x-rayed $600 to find out how extensive the damage is and then will most likely having his leg amputated which will be probably $1500
