My family needs help more than ever right now

Hi there guys. My name is Casey. I have a story to tell and will try to make it short..

Three short months ago my children were taken from their father and his wife’s care because of evidence of my daughter, who was two years old at the time was being sexually assaulted by her father. Evidence was found through an exam and it was one of the hardest things my family has ever had to deal with… a mothers worst nightmare.

The state failed to HELP my daughter OR my family in any way… wants to turn off my EBT when needed the MOST… turn off my children’s healthcare claiming I ‘make too much money’ when I’m barely able to even pay my bills.

Her father selfishly took his own life after the evidence was given to police and left me, with two children and the state is giving EVERYTHING to his wife.. saying my daughter… who was victimized, deserves nothing. I am working as much as I can, and barely seeing my children JUST to get by…

This is one of the last things I ever wanted to do but I think it is time for my daughters story to be out there and to be brave enough to ask for help.

Anything helps.. I want to grieve with my children, get them the therapy they need, and just do what is right by THEM.

They deserve it the most.
