My Family , Victim of Fire
Donation protected
My name is Mary , I'm a Mom of 5 ..
But my 3 little ones were greatly affected .. They are 9 , 7 and 6 years old ..
On July 21st, we fell victim to our drunken neighbor whose negligence of leaving a bonfire unattended caused us despair ..
And while the fire pit was still burning , they decided to go look for more branches to burn !!
Because of their poor decisions, my family and I are left displaced , depressed and heartbroken with no signs of being able to move back home ..
I was the first on scene to helping my neighbors , in all 4 units , get out safely .. I called 911 and grab my garden hose to do my best spraying my windows and the siding of my unit ..
I've never asked for anything in life - except for prayers and healthy children and after finding out the bank's mistake , I have to humbly ask for help because we have no insurance ..
Our mortgage through our initial lender was sold to a different bank, as happens with mortgage companies.
When the new bank purchased our mortgage we thought everything transfered over appropriately.
We just found out the insurance portion was not and are now we are in a situation of no insurance coverage.
School is around the corner and the future is uncertain .. I dont know what to do because Red Cross helped us with getting a hotel , but we reached our limit on funds ..
As of right now , my sole income is my 4hr/wk job and my GoFundMe ..
Thank you
