My family’s house caught fire and lost everything

Last night, my family's house caught on fire. The whole house was engulfed in flames.

My little brother bravely alerted everyone in the house and got everyone out to safety. His quick thinking and determination saved the lives of every family member present.

They also had another family that has been renting a space within the home, my heart aches the most for their two-year-old daughter.

Our hearts sank even further when we discovered that Buddy the family dog, was missing. A search ensued, but cried out in relief when he was eventually found. Unfortunately Buddy had inhaled an large amount of smoke. He’s pretty shaken up by the terrifying ordeal.

We wholeheartedly thank God everyone getting out safely and for granting our little brother the wisdom and courage to act fast during this tragedy.
