My Father in Afghanistan Get a Kidney Operation

My name is Azim and I am fundraising for my Dad who is still in Afghanistan. He has been experiencing ongoing pain in his kidneys for nearly 5 years. He was recently able to see a Doctor who told him he had severe kidney stones and would need an operation to get them removed. This operation cost 400000afghani which is around £4300. I am currently not in a position to support my Dad with this amount of money and without this operation he will continue to experience pain that is impacting his day-to-day life. He has been told by the Doctor that without the operation his pain will continue to get worse.
