help my fiancé and I get a car :’)

Hi, my name is Julia. I’m 23 and a (semi-) college student (on pause because of financial difficulties). As some of you may know, I was in a car accident 2 months ago in which someone t-boned me (ran into me) and my car was totaled. My dad searched all around the area for a new car, and after about a month and a half, he found one that was perfect and I bought it. A very short two weeks later, Cezi (my dear fiancé whom I love very much) got into another accident (see cover photo). He is a very safe driver and was not being reckless; there were multiple cars stopped on the road and he didn’t have enough time or distance to stop. Given that I had bought a car just two weeks prior, I am very much not financially able to buy another car right now, especially not one that is reliable and can get me up a snowy mountain for work every day this coming winter. Also, my car insurance didn’t cover collision, so I’ll be getting no help financially from insurance. I will likely have to finance a car over a couple of years, but even then I barely have enough for a solid down payment. Any of you who know Cezi know how good a guy he is - if he is able (and even sometimes when he’s not), he helps everyone around him, he gives so much of himself to his friends and to the people he cares about, and he never expects anything in return when in reality he deserves … everything. He and I will be splitting the next car either way, but we’re both not the richest people and have a lot of bills to pay. Anything at all would help us, and anything we receive will go ONLY to funds for a new car. TLDR; my fiancé crashed my 2-week-old car (it wasn’t his fault) and we need a new car but barely have any money as I had just bought this car 2 weeks before the accident (3 weeks ago now). My insurance didn’t cover collision so I’ll be getting no money from that. My fiancé was very upset and a little traumatized after the accident and, even though we’ll be splitting the costs for a new car, I’m making this gofundme more for him than for me (even though we’re splitting it) because I want to help him feel better, and I know there are a lot of people who care very much about him and will help if they can. The goal of $2,000 is kind of arbitrary, I’m not expecting that much, and anything at all would help. All donations will be used solely for our new car. Thank you very much.
