My Far away Theatre Trip!

Hi! My name is Alize Cruz and I am a senior in high school. I love to sing and found a new love of doing musical theatre, and I had decided to audition for the upcoming Nevada State Show after not being in a production since 7th grade! Unexpectedly but excitingly, I was chosen to play the lead role of my second musical ever-The Hunchback of Notre Dame. I've spent numerous hours perfecting my role in this show and would love to learn so much more.

After being judged as a show to possibly participate in the International Thespians Festival in Nebraska this year, I was extremely overjoyed when this show was chosen as one of them! I am very happy, being that this is such a unique opportunity to travel all the way to Nebraska from Las Vegas! In this festival, I get to learn many new things from dancing to singing to acting and everything that lies in between! I get to work with professional actors, directors, and producers to get my name out there. And most importantly, if I want a scholarship for theatre, THIS is the place to go. This is where all the scouts are, and that is my goal.
