My food stamp card was skimmed and drained.

Hello all. I receive food assistance every month and the last time I purchased groceries, someone cloned my account. I live in Michigan and the transactions took place within minutes in New York. Now I can't afford to purchase food until the 19th of November. 161 dollars was stolen, and all I'm asking for is some help until my card gets refilled. Anything at all would be amazing. Thank you.
