My friend needs help moving out of her mother's house.

Hi my name is Taylor I'm trying to help my friend Celeste to move out of her parents house. She's not in a good place with her mother and stepfather they are trying to control every aspect of her life and keeping her locked down. I want to help Celeste but i don't have the money to help her move right now.
