My Friend's 18 year old with a brain injury
Donation protected
Hi long time friends. Max's long time class mate and family friend, Ryan McLeod was involved in a skateboard accident in July and suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI).
His formal rehabilitation at the re-hab center has been slow going and extended through the end of January, at which time he will be released to the care of the parents or a skilled nursing facility. Naturally, our friends want to bring their boy home but he is going to require 24/7 care for at least the remainder of 2019, and possibly longer depending upon the speed and type of recovery.
I'm hoping you can spare $1, $5, $10 $25 or whatever you are comfortable with. All proceeds will be forwarded Ryan and my hope is that by raising money through my own network, it will set an example for the broader community to do the same in support of Ryan.
Please take a couple of minutes to donate whatever you feel. I would be grateful as would the McLeod family of Walnut Creek, CA.
Thanks in advance for your kindness and generosity.
Sincerely,
Don Holm
