My friend's in dire need!

Hi, this is Tami Jo.. My friend of 47 years, Cathey Carlisle, has fallen on hard times! Some of you may know her through me or through Permian High School Class of 1977. She's 64 years of old with some health issues, but has no family but me, to help. Two former classmates of ours, who wish to remain anonymous, also my husband and I. So far, helping as much as we all can. She is very appreciative of this! But, she is sick with shame and humiliation to be in such circumstances! She doesn't seek a handout or a free ride she only needs somewhere safe to lay her head without fear. Her ultimate goal is to find a small place or a roommate situation to have of her own. But, there are extenuating circumstances that have caused her to be within a hairs breadth of having to be on the streets. We have been searching and are continuing to search shelters, all over the metro plex.. she is in Sherman, Tx, for now. So far, the shelters are either closed or full. She is now at a decent hotel that costs her sixty dollars a day to be there! She's close by things that she might need, but the extra food and high pricing is killing her as it is for ALL of us today! This money will be for food, shelter and medicine, until she gets to a facility and her disability kicks in on the 3rd of month. If you cannot donate today, that's understandable, but even a small amount helps. But, more than anything, your prayers are needed and appreciated.
