My hero has CHF

The man you see in the picture is my father. He's been the main provider for our family (my mom, myself, my brother, and my sister) and he's my hero. He comes from a humble background and a loving family. He has worked hard all of his life and he just got diagnosed with CHF, congestive heart failure. Him and my mom just have social security as income and he needs a bunch of tests and new medications to help him live a little longer. My dad has the most generous heart and is a friend to everyone he meets. I am asking for help on his behalf. Anything helps and nothing is too small. Thank you so much for all your help!
