My Medical and Gender Journey

Donation protected
I'm Ryan Harper, a 20yr old autistic transguy living with Crohn's disease! In October, I had to have 2ft of my small bowel removed due to Crohn's, and a week later I was rushed to the ER for a life-saving drainage procedure due to an infection from my original surgery. I was in the hospital fighting off the infection with a resting heart rate reaching 125bpm and unable to walk. I recovered, but not without my transphobic parents retracting their offer to pay for the surgery. I began doing much better on the biologic called Inflectra, but unfortunately became immune and have severe symptoms once more. This development was after I scheduled top surgery for August 22nd. I desperately need help affording this on top of my debt, as with the anti trans push where I live in the south, I'm terrified ill be barred from this surgery if it is delayed. The funds from this fundraiser would allow me to wrap up my remaining bills from these life-saving procedures, as well as ensure that I do not have to put my gender transition on hold due to lack of funds. Every single penny would go a long way to improving my situation and allowing me to continue my recovery without so much stress.
