My Medical Situation is Overwhelming
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jelena Leaveck. I live in Michigan and in 2016 was diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer. I had a 5cc tumor removed from my lower right jaw. I know the picture shows as my left side, but for some reason, the photo would not flip. 4 years later, my entire right cheekbone was full of stage 4 cancer, only this time it was bigger. As a result, all of my teeth had to be removed for them to be able to do the procedures. I believe I stopped counting at about 20 surgeries. Since my insurance refuses to cover all of my needed procedures, especially the implants and bridges, those will now need to be paid out of pocket. I'm asking for help because there is simply no way for me to cover this surgery. I've been on a feeding tube for 7 years and had been looking forward to being able to eat something with crunch since then, like a cucumber. But without this surgery, I'll remain on a feeding tube for the rest of my life. Nobody should be convicted to this lifestyle. I'm begging for your help, even a dollar will be accepted with gratitude. I will be having surgery on the 8th of August and will post a photo of myself afterward. Thank you, in advance, for any assistance you can provide.
Thank you kindly for your support,
Jelena
