Canadian woman in Dominican Republic ICU needs help

Hi my name is Brooke my mom and step dad are currently stuck in Dominican and need our help. She was found floating on the 20th of June in a resort pool after an extended period of time. She was sent to a clinic hospital treated and released after a lack of funds and refusal from that hospital to accept the insurance policy to only proceed to get worse at resort day by day finally being readmitted to a clinic hospital on the departure date June 25th with a severe intestinal infection after receiving 7000 dollars from my step dads parents..they were released to a public hospital for having no more funds. Insurance finally got involved sent them back to a clinic where she is receiving care yet at a basic and has cost another 3000 dollar. We have no more money and need as much help as we can get. My mom needs to be medically cleared before she can come back home and continue to get the medical care she needs. Please please Anything helps please feel free to share this as my brothers her grand babies and I deeply want her home.
