My motorcycle accident and life afterwards.

I'm Jeremy a 42 year old motorcycle vs Ford F150 accident survivor.

I am raising funds for my life afterwards. I am now wheelchair bound. Medical bills are piling up as you could imagine. On top of that unfortunately unable to provide for myself and my Mother whom was recently diagnosed with Dementia, a good, comfortable lifestyle. I was there at that point in my life but it was taken away from me when the driver of that truck attempted to make that turn, right out in front of me. I am facing the daunting task of adapting to this new chapter in my life.
