My Nan Veronica Parker

Hi everyone my name is Oliver Scott and I am 11 years old I am raising money in aid of Woodlands Hospice where my Nan recently passed away on the 17th of July 2024. I have been looking for ways to give back to woodlands hospice after the care my Nan received at the end of her life. My Nan lost her tough battle with cancer this year, she spent the last couple of weeks of her life at woodlands and it was the best place for my Nan to rest, the care she received was unbelievable. The support my family received will never be forgotten and meant the world to us at such a hard time. So, I have decided to do a 8 mile mountain walk on 17th of August around Ogwen Valley devils kitchen, after my mountain walk I will then be doing a wild camp sleeping under the stars. I have set up a fundraiser on behalf of woodlands hospice in memory of my Nan. We are hoping with your support we can raise as much money as possible for this amazing place. After spending some time at woodlands we learnt that woodlands hospice has to raise £4,000 every day to ensure that their services & facilities remain free of charge for patients & families. It would mean the world to us if you could donate anything at all, every penny goes to the hospice and will keep supporting families when they need it most xx
