My older brother and his family

Hello, my name is Danielle Brooks. I'm starting this fund for my older brother Lyle. Recently he left his wife of 18 years because she was verbally and physically abusing him. He has four children with her, two boys and two girls, ages 1, 6, 14, and 17 years old. So these past couple of months was going well. They co-parented with the children until this past June; she decided to take them back and told my brother he wasn't allowed to see his children until he got mental help. Keeping in mind, my brother left her to have control over him and to make decisions in his life. For two weeks, he hasn't seen his children and even spoken to them because she took thier phones away, the phones that I paid for so they could communicate with their parents. She continued to harass and control my brother into getting mental help and said she needed proof. He moved into my parent's place in Newcomb. On Sunday, July 24, 2022, my brother decided enough was enough and wanted to see his children, so he went and picked them up and brought them back to my parent's house; with success, he was able to have them that night. The following day July 25, 2022, she and her sister decided to get the children back forcefully and came to my parent's home and broke down my parent's front door damaging it and then proceeded to take my two nieces physically and then tried to drag my two older nephews out by their shirts. Still, they did not want to go with her. She then slapped both in the face; my oldest nephew slapped multiple times on his face. Starts yelling at them, stating she isn't their mother anymore. She stole my older nephew's iPhone, which contains evidence of her harassment of my nephews. So we have investigation with the Navajo PD for the charges against her and her sister. Since she took the two girls she has not communicated with my brother or we do not know if they are safe. We are hoping to get my two nieces back. So I am making this because I want to get my brother the best attorney in NM, and that will actually help him get his children back. No children are just safe with their mothers, there are some great dads out there as well, and my brother is one of them. So please anything helps. The consultation is $165, and $4,500 is for the attorney. We do have charges against her and her sister. We are fighting hard to get my two nieces back.
