Good day everyone. Once again, I come to appeal to your hearts, seeking assistance in extending the life of my beloved wife. The thought of losing her is unbearable to me, which is why I reach out to you for aid. As of now, we have an outstanding balance of Php290,000 due to her recent admission at St. Luke's Medical Center from May 2 to May 23, 2023. My wife has been diagnosed with Microscopic Polyangiitis Vasculitis, a disease that causes inflammation of the small vessels in the body. This can lead to damage of organs and tissues. In her case, it has affected her kidneys. And, though discharged, she still requires ongoing cyclophosphamide (chemotherapy) treatment. In addition to undergoing chemotherapy, it is imperative for us to seek the advice of a wound care specialist for my wife's chronic foot wounds, as they are taking a significant amount of time to heal and are very painful. This puts a financial strain on us, as we not only have to cover the outstanding balance of the hospital bills but also manage the expenses of her monthly treatments. St. Luke's only accepts Guarantee Letters from the Office of the President, Office of the Vice President, PCSO, and DSWD. We have already received GLs from the mentioned offices and have already given those GLs to St. Luke's.
