Help my sister leave her cheating husband

Hello everyone, I'm Heather and I am so grateful for you to take the time to read about my sister, Karen. After years of her husband cheating on her, she has finally decided to leave him. None of us knew that this had been going on between them. He would cheat on her, then get caught and she would forgive him hoping to keep the family together. This last time it happened, she decided that she was done forgiving him and told him to choose between her and their kids or being single again. He kept her in limbo for a couple of weeks until she decided enough was enough and she was choosing to put her girls and herself first and move on. I am very proud of her for that.

Meanwhile, she is stuck living with him because they only have one car, and it is in his name. They are still living together in the same rental house (with a month-to-month lease, thank goodness) and it is nothing but misery for her and their daughters. He is constantly talking to other women on the phone, going on dates and bringing random women back to their house, yelling at my sister for any reason and for no reason, fighting with her in front of the kids. He's just a miserable person now and he wants to make her suffer however he can. I really want to get her out of this situation.

She can afford to support herself and her two daughters, but she needs help to get a car that she has found for $1,500 and $1,000 for the security deposit for the apartment she has lined up. Once she has moved out with her two daughters, she can file for a legal separation and get the ball rolling towards a divorce. She will finally be able to get back to having a happy life.
