My son has Pierre Robins Syndrome

My son will be turning 2 on the 30th July, he was born with Pierre Robins Syndrome... he has talipes in both feet, fluid on the brain, poor kidneys, limited hearing, he has had a tracheostomy in since 7 days old, cleft pallette, he has been on life support twice, constant hospital appointments to Bristol & waiting to hear if he needs a shunt for his fluid on the brain, 
I want him to have the perfect day as he's besotted with tractors & construction vehicles & looking for help where he can spend the day with his favourite vehicles
He really is a shining light & our warrior, he's overcome obstacles that we were told would be impossible...
