My son Noah's recovery

Hello friends and family, please forgive me I've never done anything like this before. As some of you know, my son Noah was in a pretty bad roll over accident on US 23 on Sunday July 2nd. He was taken to St. Joe's hospital in Brighton then transported to St. Joe's in Ann Arbor where he was admitted. He received 2 CAT scans and an MRI. It was determined he had multiple fractures to his vertebrae. This has been an adjustment for us. We've been asked to purchase a few medically necessary items to help with his recovery. This was the first vehicle he purchased a few weeks ago and it was totaled with only having PLPD. He is required to pay almost $1000 to the tow company and who knows what the complete medical costs will be. I'm just asking for a little bit of help so Noah can recover with some comfort and peace of mind after this scary ordeal.
