For My Teen Daughter’s Pageant Expenses & Then Some

Hi, my name is Kari & I’m a single mom to a bright, beautiful 14 year old daughter named Mariah Ariel. She is an aspiring model, singer, songwriter, artist, author, and more. She participated in the NaMiss Pageant once in 2018 when she was 8 years old, and I covered all the expenses with no help. She won 3rd place in the Photogenic Contest in the State of NY and was invited to compete in the Finals in CA during Thanksgiving week that same year, but I wasn’t able to find a suitable flight to get out there, so she was unable to go. Then she couldn’t compete the following year in 2019 because funds were tight and I couldn’t take off work. Then the Pandemic happened, so from 2020-2023, the NaMiss was centralized to a Southern state & I was navigating through other jobs and challenges, so she still couldn’t participate. Finally this year, the NaMiss is back in the NY/NJ region and the timing is better for us, and she’s a teen now. Therefore, she wants to crush this Pageant and win the Crown this time! However there are expenses involved, such as the contestant fee (balance), roughly $600, the various contest entry fees (which adds up), guest tickets, photo submission fees, pageant dress, shoes, group outfit, hotel stay for several nights, gas, food, hair, makeup, pageant book ads, pageant dvd recordings and cds, singing, acting, and costume props, flight/hotel/car/rental expenses for the pageant finals, and so forth. And whatever other expenses that may incur while assisting and preparing her for the pageant. Whatever you can provide towards supporting her on this aspirational goal is greatly appreciated. Nothing is too small, and I pray that the Lord will increase it a thousand-fold. Amen.
