My Thyroid is on the FRITZ! So, I need a little bit of help.

Hi! My name is LaKia and I am raising money for my monthly bills. My thyroid is losing its mind and has grown a friend to keep it company in my throat. I have a half dollar sized mass on top of my thyroid that is pertruding out the front of my throat. The mass is an effect of my hypoparathyroidism and my lupus combined. I don't like asking for help, but weird times call for assistance from my community. I haven't worked since October last year. I drive uber, well I was driving uber, but I am no longer able to drive or work. I have treatments for lupus and thyroid surgery coming soon. My doctor is not playing with me and told me to sit my behind down. So, I am.
