My trip to embassy in order to vote

Hello everyone, 

My name is Ana-Maria, I am an exchange student in West Virgina University. I am coming from Republic of Moldova a country from Eastern Europe.  

On the 30th of Octomber in my country would be the election of the new president.  I think that the election of the president is a very important decision and that small step can influence the future of my country. 

I want to vote! Even if I am thousands of kilometers away from home I want to go and elect the president of my country. I found out that actually I could go to Washington DC, the embassy of Moldova and vote for the president. Washington DC isn't that far from Morgantown, West Virginia but still I will need around 150 USD in order to get there and come back.  

I will need these funds by October 27 or 28. I will need the money to buy the bus tickets and then to pay an uber or public transport from bus station to embassy and back. 

I think that voting is very important and that everyone shall vote and say his opinion, no matter where he or she is, and that's the main reasons I want to get there and vote. 

I will be very thankfull for everyone who can help me.
