My uncle Bob needs an electric wheelchair!

uncle Bob is a stroke victim he has no feeling on right side his wheel are is his only why to get around without it he can't do anything he is dependent on his chair to do anything his chair has died he has contacted every organization to see if he can get help but nobody can and all he has coming in for funds per month is pension and that won't cover the chair we are trying to raise money for the chair which will cost approximately 4000.00
