My wee sis Linda Jamieson

Hi. I find this really hard to write as I am a proud person who hates asking for help. Yesterday my only younger sister Linda died age 56 from a massive stroke and brain bleed. As her next of kin it is up to me to organise and pay for her funeral. Linda didn't have a policy and didn't own very much and we are self-employed and not high earners and just scrape by. Because we get no benefits we don't qualify for any help or grants towards her funeral and I wouldn't do a paupers funeral where she may be buried with other people by the council. We have a lot of debt and wouldn't get a loan and wouldn't be able to afford the repayments if we could. I hate to ask but if anyone can contribute even £1 towards her funeral. We would be eternally grateful. If you are able to help in any way and I know many families are struggling it would be a big help. Thank you xx Anne
