I still remember the heartbreaking sight of my city in ruins—people crying out desperately for help, their voices trembling with sorrow day after day. The rescue teams and the limited resources they had simply weren’t enough for the overwhelming need. Every new video I saw online left me more devastated: buildings reduced to rubble, children clutching at a world that suddenly felt far less safe, and parents who could do nothing but weep at the loss of everything they’d built.

A profound sadness washed over me, especially knowing that my neighbors—my friends—were among those crying out, yet so few could hear them. I felt helpless, but I also knew I couldn’t bear to watch this tragedy repeat itself for other survivors. I was shy to ask for assistance, but as the scarcity of medical supplies, food, and water grows, I realize it’s time to speak up. Our community is exhausted and hurting, and we need your compassion to rebuild and heal.

Campaign Purpose and Plan

1. I am Sann Koko. I am raising funds to help my parents, brother, sister, nieces, friends, and neighbors. Some of my friends and colleagues who live in the Netherlands have offered to support me, and I would prefer to use a legitimate fundraising platform instead of receiving direct bank transfers.

2. My parents and friends urgently need assistance to survive this disaster.

3. Any funds raised will be shared among my parents, neighbors, and friends.
