Fund for Myles Kawashima Family

On Monday, July 5th, Myles Kawashima passed away following a tragic boating incident in Lake Tahoe. At 17 years old, Myles had a bright future ahead of him which was heartbreakingly cut short. Everyone who deeply loved him, including friends and acquaintances, knew him as a funny, athletic and kind young man who was hands-down the nicest kid in every room. Myles impacted the hearts of everyone who was lucky to know him and was a passionate baseball and football player at Redwood High School. This past spring baseball season he was voted by his Varsity baseball teammates as the Most Inspirational Player.

We are incredibly grateful to our strong community and the outpouring of love for Caroline, Eiji and Maxim. We have set up this fund to provide some financial assistance for the Kawashima family to cover any unexpected costs his family will endure during this terrible time.

We love you Myles and miss you already.
