Save Mylo's Leg

If you know me, you definitely know my dog Mylo. Since adopting Mylo from the German Shepard Rescue of Sacramento, CA 7 years ago, we’ve been co-pilots in life. When I first saw Mylo’s picture on the internet, he was a goofy 65 lb pup, with big blue eyes and a pink tongue hanging out the side of his mouth. I learned that someone tied him up under a truck and left him to survive on his own, a fate no dog should have to endure. Adoption papers, lots of training, and lots of love helped Mylo to grow into the magnificent 90lb shepherd-husky mix that he is today.

Mylo recently tore his ACL and severed his meniscus, an injury that inhibits his walking and can lead to arthritis, infections, and further debilitating injury. The surgery required to repair his knee costs $4700, and will set Mylo up for many more years of his favorite activities like hikes, hanging out in art studios, and playing with his doggie friends. I'm hoping to raise $3000 to help me pay this veterinary bill. If I raise more than $3000, I will donate the surplus to a local animal shelter.

I’m humbled in asking for community support to fund this surgery, and am offering a series of 3 limited edition prints (each an edition of 33) for you awesome Mylo supporters who donate $50 or more. ALL donors will receive access to a series of digital mixtapes. I’ll be making both the prints and tapes especially for this fund raiser, and neither will be available except through donations.
