Hi, I lost my son Myron the 6th of July 2022 unexpectedly. Obviously we had the funeral for Myron where he was buried in Cwmbran, at the time I felt that was the best thing to do my head was all over the place. I have been regretting putting him in Cwmbran for months as he is too far away from me and his friends, also every time we go there things are getting broken that we put there, plaques have been broken in half, his cross has been kicked in half, snow globes have been smashed. As you can imagine it’s heartbreaking to see when we go there. When I go there and it’s been raining Myron’s grave is always flooded. I have thought about it the last few moves getting him moved closer to home. I have been to see the funeral director and he has told me it’s going to cost 2-3 thousand I have to pay for a new plot and another coffin for Myron’s coffin to go int, the moving of Myron, digging Myron up and the vicar charger and ground work. I know a lot of people donated before to help with his funeral and I am so grateful for that and all the help we received. As a parent I have to do what best for my son even though he’s not here. It’s heartbreaking every time I go to the grave and see it the way I do. I will be forever grateful for any help, donations we receive so his friend and I can visit him more often. As Myron is my only biological child I would do anything to protect him even in death. I still have no answers to why my son died that day and have been told by gwent police to think of Myron as a hero for saving that girl. I have also had a load of abuse from her family starting the day of his funeral while grieving for my son and gwent police haven’t done a thing about it. We are still waiting for the coroners inquest after 21 months. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and helping to get Myron in a better place where he can be at peace. We have attached pictures of Myron’s grave my dad fixed his cross but you can also see from the picture it looks like someone has danced all over his grave which is very disrespectful and rude.
