Lulu’s medical needs

A Heart breaking discovery… Lulu was Found laying next to her deceased sibling. The sibling had been killed by a car and was microchipped. The owner wouldn’t return any calls. Leaving lulu at risk of being euthanized. Originally lulu was believe to have also been hit by a car. She was unable to walk properly. Dragging herself along. After being seen by a vet we have confirmation that all 4 of lulus little legs have torn ligaments . How does this happen ?! Lulu May never be able to walk again . She needs to see a specialist to determine if it’s repairable and if it is it’s going to cost Thousands.
