CALLING ALL ANGELS CHRISTMAS WISH

I have to live for my twin 8 year old sons. They need their father.
     I know first hand I lost my father early in my life.
     My father died when I was only 3 years old. I realize he died like me years before his last breath.
     I now. Realize " When Men Die" a journal I am writing of his and my journey.
     I tried everything for over 40 years to loose more weight.
     Sleep apnea, asthma, diabetes, nerve damage in both hands and legs, heart failure, spinal stenosis, sciatica and celiac disease. I lost my health and then my job.
     I can bearly walk or stand more than a few minutes, usually using a cane, or a wheel chair. I can not breath on my own when I lay down or sleep.I need a Bi-Pap respirator to breath.
     My insurance refuses to pay for my life saving  surgery. Even though most diabetics who have the surgery no longer require Expensive insulin post surgery. The insurance company would save money and my life.

Please help me live,
