Jen’s Road to Recovery

Hello my name is Elizabeth Polly. On Saturday July 1st my sister, Jennifer, was involved in an accident with her RZR. After unloading it my sister jumped in to pull it around to park it. She does not drive it often and as she turned it around on some loose gravel it flipped over and slammed her to ground before dragging her on the road. She has sustained a collection of blood in her head called a subdural hematoma, multiple skull fractures, multiple facial fractures, broken teeth, a broken collar bone, broken ribs, a broken cervical spine, a collection of blood behind her eye causing her constant blurred vision, and a collapsed lung called a pneumothorax which requires a chest tube be place to re inflate it. During her hospital stay a transport monitor was dropped on her shoulder causing a new fracture and causing her more pain and rendering her arm unusable. These injuries will take a long time to heal and we are unsure at this time when she will be discharged home. Her husband has missed work to be at her side and she will need help getting the house ready for her recovery with certain medical aides. Please help any way you can. We have appreciated every prayer and text and message that has come through and we have been amazed, was watching her recover!!!! Thank you!!!
