My name is Valerie and I am Amy Brooks' sister. I am starting this GoFundMe page to try and help Kenn and Amy during this difficult time.
As as you may know, Kenn has been in ICU for the past week. He had internal bleeding and has been on a ventilator. They operated to stop the bleeding and removed half his stomach. Now his kidneys have shut down and he is on dialysis.
Because of this unexpected emergency, Kenn and Amy have been out of work. Amy hasn't left his side since Kenn is not able to communicate his consent. And his recovery is going to be a long process with medical bills adding up.
