Support Needed for Rent and Bills

I was hoping not to resort to this, but I have no choice at the present time. My surgery for my shoulder is on August 21st and my workers' compensation has been terminated. I have very little money to survive on and am trying to obtain disability, but this is going to take some time.

I'm trying to raise the money before the end of the month to pay my rent, storage, and bills. I am in desperate need at the moment and would appreciate anything. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for helping me.
